I'm not sure if this is a bug or if the game intended it, but Dragon Breath goes through Land Protector, similar to Vacuum Extreme.

Dragon Breath
Causes the dragon to breath incredibly hot fire, with a chance to cause burning which deals damage over time. The damage of Dragon Breath is dependant on the current HP and max SP of the rider.
